Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StoreTrail ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

StoreTrail is a store locator application designed for Shopify merchants to help their customers find physical store locations. The Service includes features such as interactive maps, store management, CSV import/export, and customizable widgets.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Promptly updating your account information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

Our free plan includes basic features with limitations on the number of store locations.

Paid Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StoreTrail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreTrail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StoreTrail operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
